Office Box Delivery Questions

Listed beside each box option is a guide to what healthy vegan snacks you will receive and the quantity. The actual mix is subject to change on availability and preference.
All of our clients (or as we like to call you … family) are encouraged to contact us with their snack preference as we are more than happy to exclude or include snacks as per your preference and our availability in your healthy box
We deliver our snacks glass jars or in #plasticfree Kraft recycled packaging in a cooler delivery box.
We deliver to any location in Dubai Sunday to Thursday. We have two time slots. 9.30am-1pm and 1pm-5pm. If you need a particular delivery time for an event let us know and we will do our best to help you. Alternatively, you can pick up the order from our JLT shop and get a 10% discount.
We deliver to any office in Dubai. If your office is within 5Km of JLT Mag 214 it is free delivery. If 6-10km it is AED 15 and if 11-20km it is AED20 and 21km+ is AED25. If you want to pick up the delivery from our kitchen you can save on any delivery charge and get a 10% discount.
We pride ourself on being customer friendly and easy to use. You can try out our online order form, or email hello@chiajar.com or call us on 058 58 (SNACK) 76225. All enquiries and orders will be replied to by our sales team during our weekday office timings (8.30am-8.30pm). We need at least 24 hour notice.
Upon delivery of your order, we require cash payment. All deliveries will have an emailed invoice to save on the environment. If you need a paper printed one simply let us know so that we bring it with the delivery.
Once you have ordered at least 4 times you will be entitled to a 5% loyalty discount off your orders. After 10 times you will get 10% off. After 20 times you will practically be family, so you will be entitled to get a lifetime discount of 15%.
We will never lock you in with sneaky contracts with hidden terms and conditions. Our business model is built on trust and friendly customer service. We only ask you that any change or alteration to your box is received 24hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. We will always try our best and the 24hours notice will ensure you are truly satisfied.
CATERING EVENT QUESTIONS
We cater for offices and homes across Dubai. If your office/home is within 5Km of JLT Mag 214 it is free delivery. If 6-10km it is AED 15 and if 11-20km it is AED20 and 21km+ is AED25. If you want to pick up the delivery from our kitchen you can save on any delivery charge and get a 10% discount.
Normally our delivery is in Kraft packaging as we are eco-friendly. Upon request, and if available, we can deliver in glass jars, the drinks in jugs, and toasts on wooden boards for an Instagram photo ready look. We charge a deposit of AED100 refundable upon them being returned.
Our minimum catering spend is AED300. We deliver our catering to any office or home in Dubai. If your office/home is within 5Km of JLT Mag 214 it is free delivery. We offer Vegan health jars, such as Chia puddings, Overnight Chia Oats, Acai and Smoothie Jars. We have a great range of signature jars as well as fully customized options. We also offer Sourdough Toasts, Protein power balls, Oat bars and drinks. If there is something in particular you would like that is Vegan and not on the list do let us know. All our food is Vegan friendly, all but the toasts are gluten free. Everything is super healthy and well presented.
With 24 hour’s notice we can deliver anywhere in Dubai as long as the minimum spend of AED250 has been met. We deliver our catering to any office or home in Dubai. PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Please click here to download our healthy menu. We are known for being the first full chia-based concept, with all the items containing chia seeds in it. We offer customized and signature Chia Jars, Acai Jars and Smoothie Jars as well as a range of Sourdough toasts and other Vegan snacks. We are on all the delivery apps for personal orders within 5km of JLT and available for pick up as well as offering office box delivery and event catering.
All of our jars are gluten free and dairy free. We use coconut milk in our jars. Our granola is homemade using gluten free oats and is nut free. Our homemade Nutella and peanut butter are without any nasties. Everything on the menu is Vegan friendly
Note: The toasts do contain gluten and the devilish topping M&Ms contain dairy.
We are working on the breakdown and they will be on each menu item very soon. Chia seeds are main ingredients are highly nutritious. Any carbs it contains is mainly in the form of fiber. If you want to make a healthier choice, then we are definitely a good option. Our peanut butter and Nutella are made in our kitchen. The Peanut Butter has only peanuts and agave syrup and the Nutella has only hazelnuts, cocoa powder and agave syrup. They are both made without any nasties and are Vegan, dairy and gluten free. We sell private orders of the jars.
We use the superfood chia seeds in all of our products and offer customizable chia jars. We are the first company who does this. Our acai has a little twist over all others and is highly recommended. All of our products are also packaged in eco-friendly Kraft packaging so we do our part for the environment.
